So I’m standing here, standing because there are no more seats left, in a computer lab on campus waiting for my paper to print out. I can’t believe that it’s literally going to take about 10 minutes for me to get out of here.
Alright, so I haven’t been posting at all lately. I promise I’ll fill you all in on my wonderfully exciting, homework filled life later, becuase right now I have to sprint to my next class.

The smoke over Yolo county has made the sun’s rays cast a beautiful pinkish light on everything. It’s great! Except for the whole smoke thing. I guess there’s a pretty big fire north of here, burning lots of trees and brush.
Alright, so I know last time I said I’d post more, and Enigma was complaining about me posting…. The thing is we both started school again and I know Enigma’s got a couple of projects at least so just sit tight, and we’ll fill you, our audience, in with all the gory details later.

Okay, so we haven’t written anything up here for a couple weeks, and I have to say that we’re sorry. But, I can only really speak for myself.
The past couple weeks have been a blur of driving home, working, doing homework, and driving back to davis. Somewhere in there I even got to party with Brian when he was in town. Oh yeah, and I forgot to mention my trip to fanime con. Well then, this shows you how much stuff I have been doing, now to go into detail.
A couple weeks ago my roommates and I traveled to San Jose for the weekend to attend fanime con. As usual there were only a couple items good enough to buy in the dealer room, and every time I picked something to watch in the video rooms my roommate Chris would complain that it was lame, but he never picked anything better so I just accepted his ineptness and called him stupid. If there was one lesson I learned it’s that I cannot stand more than one day at any anime convention. But it was fun.
Last week I started my job working for the econ dept. here at UC Davis. My job right now includes throwing up some new and exciting site designs for the main webpage and making fun of my bosses as they sit behind me and try to animate stuff in flash. It’s not too bad, except that I will only be allowed to work twenty hours a week during the summer. If you want to bug me while I’m at work you can add garbage prime to your buddy list and send me naked pictures, my bosses love those.
This past weeked it was requested of me to go home to Nevada County and check on some stuff at my dad’s work. Dutifully I drove home on friday and spent most of the day on saturday fixing my car, replacing my water pump and replacing an essential part in the steering section. My car should be in good working order now, but don’t trust what I say. On saturday night Val visited me and I took her to see the newest installment of Harry Potter. I have to say that I enjoyed this movie much more than the first two, if only because the story was a little more grown up than the others.
Well then, I think that’s about it for now. Finals are coming up the end of this week and I plan on running myself over with my own car immediately following. Wish me luck!

Okay, I know some of our fans have been complaining that we don’t update our lives enough, so here I am.
My life is boring and there is no need for me to update this any more that I already do. That said, I went home for Easter a couple weekends ago and ate large amounts of really good food. As well as fixed my car so that it doesn’t make a horrible grinding sound every time I start it. I also found out that another friend from high school is getting married, I won’t mention his name as to protect the innocent.
This past weekend was picnic day at UC Davis. Litertally every club, department, and non-profit organization had set up a booth somewhere on campus just to yell at you. It was pretty fun anyways. The physics department set up it’s usual array of classic physics experiments, floating magnets, optical illusions, and speakers powered by your own body’s electrical output.
The most well known event at picnic day in recent years has been the Doxie Derby. This takes place in Rec Hall and involves 4 dachshunds at a time trying to make their way across the basketball court to the finish line. Most of the time when the boxes are opened and the dachshunds are allowed to chase the fake rabbit they get scared and run directly towards the crowd. It’s quite hilarious if you ask me.
Other picnic day attractions included sheep dog competitions, frisbee dog competitions, and a few crazy local bands that were trying to be cool.
I was fortunate enough to get tickets to see Kill Bill: Volume 2 this past saturday and I have to say that Tarantino’s fourth film is absolutely amazing. I don’t know how he does it. I mean, it’s only his fourth film, and everything he does is amazing. He must’ve sold his soul to satan or something because what he does goes against The Maker. If you haven’t seen either movie yet I’m afraid that I’ll have to kill you, then you have to go see them.

As some of you may know I was to attend a concert last wednesday night and see A Perfect Circle and The Mars Volta, but when we got there and tried to park some distance away we noticed a sign saying that the concert had been moved to this coming Sunday. This itself upset me greatly. But then tickets.com had the decency to call me the following day to tell me of the postponement. I am very sad.
On a lighter note, yesterday was the first day of classes and I’m really feelin’ good about this quarter. I’ve got four classes and they’re all gonna suck. Nothing but physics for me…. This also makes me sad.
If you’re wondering why I’m not commenting on my recent trip to Rochester for spring break it is because I realized that I miss my friends from home and I would like to clone them and keep copies in my closet. But seriously now, I think Enigma has told the story better than I could ever tell it, we had lots of fun suckin’ on 40’s and hittin’ on all the east coast ladies.
Just one last thought and you can go back to your increasingly entertaining lives. I hate the sun.
